Refund Policy
Plain terms for Ghostlight kit purchases: a 7-day cooling-off period, ended the moment you deploy — because deployment gives you the whole product.

The 7-day cooling-off period
7 days to change your mind
Purchases of Ghostlight Basic and Ghostlight Plus+ come with a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. If you change your mind within those 7 days and have not deployed the Railway template, email hello@sirenstudios.tech with your Ko-Fi receipt and you'll receive a full refund.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@sirenstudios.tech within 7 days of purchase
- Include your Ko-Fi order receipt or transaction reference
- Confirm that you have not deployed the Railway template
- Approved refunds are issued back through your original payment method
Custom builds & support services
Custom builds are personalised services quoted and agreed individually. Deposits secure your build slot and work begins after payment; the terms agreed with your quote (including the deposit, revision round, and milestone schedule) govern the project. See the Custom Builds page for the payment structure and revision policy.
Ghostlight Premium is a fixed-price commissioned build purchased directly through Ko-Fi. Work begins once your design questionnaire is submitted, so please make sure it's the right fit before purchasing — see "Before Purchasing" on the Ghostlight Premium page, or ask first if you're unsure.
Support packages and services purchased through Ko-Fi are delivered as described on the Support page.
