Getting Started with Ghostlight

Before you deploy: digital products are supplied for immediate access. Any applicable cancellation or refund rights are governed by the Refund Policy and the consent given at checkout. Once a protected source kit, deployment package, or other non-returnable digital content has been accessed or supplied, refund rights may be limited where permitted by law. Read the Refund Policy before purchasing or deploying.

What your licence covers: your purchase licenses you to use and run the kit for your own authorised deployment and use, subject to the licence attached to that product. Unless the applicable licence expressly allows it, you may not redistribute, resell, republish, share, sublicense, or provide copies of the source code, deployment package, container, environment snapshot, or protected product materials to another person. Deployment packages, container images, and snapshots: your purchase does not grant you a general licence to download, export, copy, clone, manually pull, archive, extract, redistribute, or otherwise obtain Ghostlight or Alethyra container images, deployment snapshots, registry artifacts, or environment snapshots outside the authorised deployment method supplied with your purchase.

Where a Railway template or other approved deployment method is provided, you are authorised only to use that mechanism to deploy and run the product for your own licensed use. This does not grant permission to obtain the underlying container image itself, including through docker pull, registry access, image export, cached image retrieval, snapshot extraction, copied deployment artifacts, or any equivalent method.

Do not download, pull, copy, extract, recover, or obtain any Ghostlight or Alethyra container image or snapshot unless you have express written permission from Sirenwave Studios. This applies whether the image is current, deprecated, cached, archived, previously deployed, or otherwise technically accessible.

Technical accessibility does not grant permission. The presence of a reachable image, cached artifact, deployment snapshot, registry reference, leaked link, credential, or platform feature does not create a licence to obtain or retain a copy.

Any Railway deployment template, container image, deployment package, or environment snapshot supplied or made accessible through an authorised purchase remains subject to the applicable licence and may be used only for the authorised deployment purpose. Unauthorised acquisition, copying, redistribution, transfer, publication, or retention may result in licence termination and any other remedies available under the applicable agreement and law.
