Not a public character card, a basic chatbot, or a personality prompt pasted into an app — your companion is designed from the inside out: how they speak, remember, disagree, flirt, repair, reach for you, create for you, and carry your relationship from one place to another.

Getting Started
How The Process Works
1 · Purchase your build
After purchasing, you will receive instructions for completing your companion design questionnaire.
2 · Design your companion
Choose or describe their name, appearance, personality, background, voice, relationship with you, behaviour, boundaries, interests, communication style, and private features. You do not need technical knowledge.
3 · Your companion is built
I create and configure the companion, dashboard, memory system, and selected integrations.
4 · Testing
Your build is tested for personality consistency, memory, privacy, ownership protection, and selected features.
5 · Handover
You receive your private companion deployment and setup guidance.
Typical build time is approximately four working days, although complex builds or external provider delays may take longer.

Ongoing Costs
What's covered
Your purchase covers the custom build and agreed setup. There is no compulsory monthly maintenance fee charged by Ghostlight unless your chosen package specifically states otherwise.
What's not included
External providers may charge for AI model usage, hosting, image generation, voice generation, storage, and optional integrations. These third-party usage costs are not included in the purchase price.
Optional support and maintenance packages are available separately.

- This product is a custom digital service.
- One purchase covers one companion unless otherwise agreed.
- Features depend on the selected package and available provider services.
- Some integrations require paid third-party accounts.
- Adult features are available only to customers aged 18 or older.
- Ghostlight companions are not medical, legal, financial, or emergency services.
- AI systems can occasionally produce inaccurate information. Ghostlight includes truth, memory, and action-verification safeguards, but no AI system can honestly promise perfect accuracy.
- Your final feature list will be confirmed before work begins.
- Wandering Time, the companion Curiosity system, Our Lore, and Apple Health / HealthKit integration are currently in development and are not included unless explicitly stated in your order. See the Health Data Notice for what Apple Health integration will and won't do once it ships.
