Clarity First

What is not included unless agreed separately

Custom builds do not include hosting fees, API costs, third-party subscriptions, unlimited revisions, unlimited support, emergency fixes, app store publishing, custom mobile app development, lifetime maintenance, or future feature rebuilds unless purchased separately.

Light post-handoff support covers small questions, basic clarification, and minor setup guidance related to the delivered build. It does not include new features, major redesigns, emergency debugging, provider outages, third-party billing issues, broken customer-edited code, or unlimited back-and-forth support.

Revision policy

Each custom build includes one revision round for agreed setup and visual adjustments.

A revision means refining what was already agreed, not adding new features, changing the companion concept completely, switching platforms, rebuilding the dashboard from scratch, or adding new integrations.

Additional revisions or new feature requests are billed separately.

Build timeline

Build times begin after payment, intake information, required accounts, API keys, and assets are provided.

Delays in receiving customer information, provider access, images, API keys, or platform credentials may delay the final delivery date.

Is this a hosted app?

No. Ghostlight Plus+ is source-code software. You will need hosting, API keys, and provider accounts unless deployment support is included in your package.

Can you build the companion personality for me?

Yes. Custom personality setup is included in every build, with deeper personality architecture included in higher packages.

Can this include Discord and Telegram?

Yes, depending on package and scope.

Can it include voice?

Yes. Voice can use browser TTS, Fish Audio, or ElevenLabs depending on your setup and provider accounts.

Can it include Touch and Call Me?

Yes. Touch and Call Me / Phone Bridge are available in higher-tier builds or as add-ons.

Do you provide API keys or pay for hosting?

No, not unless specifically agreed. Customers are responsible for their own provider accounts, billing, and third-party terms.

Can I request a specific aesthetic?

Yes. The dashboard can be styled around an agreed visual direction, such as gothic siren, old money, dark romance, celestial archivist, cozy, fantasy, luxury, or another style.

Do I get unlimited support?

No. Each package includes the listed amount of light post-handoff support. Additional support can be purchased separately.
