Dated milestones, pulled from the project's real history — not source code, not secrets, just a public record of the build evolving.
The Record
What shipped, and when
July 9, 2026 — Foundation
The Sirenwave Studios website launches: the homepage, the Ghostlight product page, the Sirenware Prompt Vault, the Freebie Vault, an auto-updating AI News feed, and the first Custom Builds configurator. Purchase flow goes live — Ko-Fi listings, a Refund Policy, and a Getting Started guide — along with a sitewide newsletter integration point.
July 10–11, 2026 — Custom Builds deepens
The Custom Builds configurator expands into three build levels with a synced quote-request flow. The Living Presence premium add-on is added (Phone Bridge, Touch, voice playback, and cinematic presence). Support & Service packages are expanded into detailed cards. A premium dashboard example gallery goes up, showing real client builds — not mockups — for Alessandro, Roman, Dorian, Wade, Belz & Lucien, and the Sølvane House.
July 13, 2026 — Premium tier and disclosure
A dedicated Premium product page ships with its own Add-Ons catalog. Sirenwave Studios publishes a formal development disclosure: the product is built through a human-directed, AI-assisted engineering process, with architecture, behaviour, and verification standards defined and reviewed by the studio — not autonomously generated.
August 16, 2026 — Alethyra introduced as a separate cognition platform
Alethyra launches as its own product — a cognition and memory platform powered by Blacktide Cognition, with a dedicated dashboard: Overview, Cognition, Memories & Retrieval, Verification, and Relationships. Ghostlight continues as its own established companion product, unchanged in name, pricing, and features. The same day: a security hardening pass across the site (static-file allowlist, response headers, rate limiting — see the Security page), and the legal/trust page set this log lives under.
August 16, 2026 — Alethyra licensing published
Alethyra — Powered by Blacktide Cognition ships its first published license: PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0, with a separate written license required for commercial use. A new Alethyra Licensing page covers the terms in full, alongside a dedicated notice on private Railway deployment artifacts. This is a license, not a launch — Alethyra's pricing and packaging still aren't public. The same day: the site's Google Fonts loading moved to self-hosted files (no visitor request reaches Google anymore), and the Privacy Policy gained explicit legal-basis and international-transfer disclosures.
This log lists shipped, dated milestones only. Concepts still in design or development are described that way on the relevant product pages, not listed here as if they were already live.
